These rules ensure that projects, like painting with light, single-coat coverage, and avoiding structural changes, are both effective and compliant.

Our upcoming project at 334 Chestnut Street is particularly exciting. This property will serve as both our headquarters and a training hub where women can gain valuable expertise while transforming the space. Malachi Wyche-Jackson, our agent from Weichert, has advised that these improvements could also strengthen our position for a better rental agreement. By revitalizing this site, we create growth opportunities—not just for ourselves, but also for the property owners and the broader community.
